The Advertising Guy

Since the day we are born till the day we shut our eyes, there is one thing that remains constant. A thing which magnifies with time through different mediums and adapts to the fast-track changing environment. It's not seasonal, in fact it's being done every second, even as we speak. Advertising. What do you know about it? No, it's not just mere selling the product to the customer or attracting them. Advertising is an art, a creation, a jingle, a tv commercial, a pamphlet, a hoarding, the pop up on your computer screen, the 20second video which plays before your desired youtube video, the logos, the santa claus sitting outside a shop on christmas.. I hope you got the point. It is basically a form of luring the customers to buy the product. Good or bad, entertaining or sad, does not matter! If it sells the product, it works! Final Blog of 2010

Another year over and new is about to begin. Didn't write much blogs this year, had too many shocks to recover from. Some good - Some bad, but thats life. Merry Christmas! I know its a bit too late, but i got sloshed on the eve and didn't have time or senses to write one on christmas. Got PS Move, Sports Champion and a Yo-yo for xmas. Turned 18 this year, thats gonna be the highlight of 2010 when i think about it. Being 18 and BEING 18 is freakin fun so far. You'll understand the difference btw the two when YOU turn 18 kid ;) Didn't go for the 19th dec batch, lets see what happens now. Going to Nepal for the new year, will put a review on TripAdvisor after coming back, so dont forget to check that out. To sum-up, 2010 was a very short yet long year. The begining of the year, like the first 6months passed way too fast and the remaining 6 were ssssllllooowwww. 2months left for the boards, oh i'm sorry.. "THE BOARDS". But lets see what happens. Blog November

Hello It's been awhile. Wont lie, i wasn't busy.. just didn't feel like writing a blog. Have been much more interested in vlogs on youtube lately. But seems like, they're not my thing. I'm a man of my words and not videos haha.. Whats on my head right now? 3months! 3months left for the doomsday, the end to my school life. But what stands ahead of me is tons & tons of syllabus. I'm also appearing for the SAT exam, in Jan. The batch starting from Dec 19th. Lets hope i score well in both major exams. I joined gym. It was going fine for the first few weeks, had a personal trainer, the CP branch and all. But now i gotta switch to Gurgaon branch, get a personal trainer there.. lots of work, cant take that much load. Will go today with dad and sort it out. Jamboree, thats the name of the game i joined to take my SAT tuitions from. They're gonna take care of the rest work too. Stuff like sending applications, recommendations,essays to universities. School

School is a temple of learning. And in this temple are we, the desciples. I write this blog not as a student, but as a normal guy. It's time i write about my school life & about how my parents respond to it. My parents are really not the report card type. So as long as i'm going to school, they're happy. When they find out i'm not, not so happy. School bores me. The bell rings and the cattle moves from room to room every 45mins. I'm all for learning, just not exactly what they want me to learn or how they want me to learn it. I'm an autodidact. I mean self taught. There's a whole world of knowledge and experience out there, things that you dont learn at school. Thats what i'm interested in. My favourite teacher still remains to be Ekta Suri ma'am. She was my Class/English teacher in grade IIIrd. She taught me things which would help me life long, she taught me how to never back down and bounce back up, even when the odds were against me. 2010 - The Year of Sports

Hey So i've been a sport buff since my childhood. I love sports, of any kind. From Cricket to Hockey, from Tennis to Football...you name it and i'm into it. I also love trying out new ones.. And as we know, 2010 is the year of sports. Recently my country, India hosted the Hockey World Cup. Then we had the IPL & T20 World Cup in WI.. I'm also a huge fan of the sport Tennis. So i glue my eyes to my tv-set during the grand slam season..which is almost throught the year. Currently, it's Roland Garros which i'm following. I hope Rafa takes the cup this time.. I'm also excited about the Common Wealth Games, taking place in my country, in my hometown :D.. It's gonna be wicked.. We have 20days holidays in October because of the games.. I'm gonna book my tickets for the tennis & gymnastics events.. FIFA World Cup 2010 South Africa is gonna start from 11th June - 11th July.. Hello People! It's 3rd Feb and i know i should be studying like crazy by now, but i just cant resist myself of writing this blog. There's too much humble-bumble happening in the world of politics, that i just cant stay put in expressing my feelings towards it. Indian charged with faking racist attack in Australia: An Indian man who claimed he was set on fire in a racial attack in Australia was actually burnt while torching his car for an insurance claim, police said on Wednesday. When you go to a forgein country, to study, to live, for a business or what-so-ever reason, you carry your native countrys name with you. It is not Jaspreet Singh who has been alleged of faking racism for insurance money, it's an Indian. It's because of such people that India gets a wrong image.
